Return & Refund Policy
You may return any product ordered from the buttercupblossom.com website within 15 calendar days after the date of delivery for a refund. The item(s) must be unopened, in the original packaging and accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Please reach out to the customer service team at returns@buttecupblossom.com, to request your RMA before anything is shipped back. Returns without an RMA will be returned to shipper.
Items returned after 15 days will be in the form of a store credit (electronic gift card).
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. Be sure to keep your return tracking information until the refund has been processed.
