Return & Refund Policy
We kindly ask that you report any issues with your order within 7 days of receiving your package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
We take great pride in carefully hand-picking and packing every order.
If items are returned damaged, you will receive either a 100% store credit or a 50% refund to the original payment method, depending on the item's condition.
Non-Returnable Items:
All seasonal items are a final sale.
This includes holiday drops such as Valentine's Day, Easter, 4th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's.
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
To Complete a Return:
- A packing slip or proof of purchase
- Emailed photographs of any damaged items
Please email us at party@buttercupblossom.com and include "RETURN" in the subject line before sending anything back.
Once your return is approved, we will provide further instructions.
Important:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
